The Buena Vista Sports Camp utilizes all of the recreational amenities of the Buena Vista Recreation Complex to create a varied, fun and challenging schedule of activities for campers ages 11-14. Activities with specific instruction will include but are not limted to: golf, basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football and tennis. Time will be provided for recreational ice skating, swimming and other outdoor sports and games. Indoor activities will be planned in the event of rain or excessive heat. A different field
trip will be scheduled each week-see listing below.
If you do not wish for your
child to attend the trip, you will need to make alternate arrangements for them
on that day. Each
participant will receive a Buena Vista Recreation Camp tee shirt. The mission of the Buena Vista Sports Camp is to privde older children with a safe
and fun recreational experience that promotes positive
social behavior and physical well-being. Children will improve their knowledge and basic skills in a variety of
sports under the supervision of trained instructors.
Our values: physcial and mental health, skill development, supervision and safety, fun, professionalism
of staff and attention to detail.
Camp
hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with an Early Bird and Extended
Day Option available at an additional charge for parents who wish to drop their
children off early and/or pick them up later.
