Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • A refund will be automatic if a session is cancelled.
  • To avoid classed being cancelled at the last minute due to under enrollment, cancellations and refund requests must be made three (3) business days before the program begins.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing.
  • Refunds will not be given on trips, special events, season tickets or passes.
  • A 15% processing fee will be deducted from all refund requests not accompanied by a physician's note. (Minimum processing fee of $5 if the 15% is less than that amount)
  • No refunds can be given after a program has begun.
