3 on 3 Hockey


What is 3 on 3 Hockey?
3 on 3 is a skills game, played with the width of the ice in one zone only with bumpers to keep games contained. The coach(s) stand in the neutral zone with the extra skaters. It's as close to organized pond hockey as you can get. Games are four - four minute periods with one minute rests between periods. Coaches will referee.
What are the Benefits of 3 on 3 Hockey?
Benefits of playing in the 3 on 3 format is an increase in puck control, team play, quicker transitions - offense to defense and defense to offense, positioning and quicker feet. Most importantly, it's the most fun you will ever experience playing hockey. There is greater opportunity to play the game and more touches of the puck.

This co-ed program is open to ages 6 to 14.
Full equipment with AHAUS approved helmet is mandatory.
